On analysing Scotia bank’s Facebook page, it is very clear that they post everyday but the content of the posts varies from promoting their ideas to just communicating with people on different topics whereas on the other side American express Facebook page had more posts particularly posting two posts per day however their posts just promoted their own products.
Scotia bank and amex both use different types of content. Scotia bank promotes their idea, their new plans as well as shows their involvement in the community whereas amex principally concentrated on promoting their products and new plans.
Scotia bank shows some ideas where they showed the 50/50 rule whereas amex’s post are all about their own business and market.

Scotia bank’s content is more about their involvement in the community that for sure has shown huge results and gained following from young population on the other side Amex’s content is more about attracting customers by promoting their ideas of using their products for leisure activities such as vacations, dining out etcetera.
Scotia-banks best post was the one they posted on March 7 2016 that asked people to share and like it, however they promised the followers to help the Canadian women by providing an organization with funds up to 30,000 dollars. On analysing the amex’s Facebook page it is very clear that they are not attracting masses by their posts .The best post they have was the one they posted on 11 march that was a promotion in which they talked about the chance for the customers to attend a concert of Paul McCartney.
Scotia banks best post had 1.5k like and 910 shares but amex’s best post just had 410 like and 63 shares
I believe the reason for Scotia banks success behind their post is their involvement in the community and their idea of giving something back to the society where amex’s post had success because they used Paul McCartney’s name to attract people.
