CIBC usually posts everybody on Facebook and its posts are mainly about awaring its customers about the time availability of using their e-services. It also posts some videos about weekend predictions along with seasonal changings. On the other hand, BMO posts are not seen on daily basis and sometimes they post 2-3 posts in a single day. Moreover, posts of BMO are mostly about creating awareness among their customers to not share their account information with anyone.
 

The description of CIBC bank on Facebook says,” Through our innovative products and straightforward advice CIBC provides banking that fits your life and your unique needs.” On the other hand the description of BOM bank says,” We’re here to help for all life’s moments, no matter how big or small.” Both the banks are using the 50/50 rule.
 

On comparing facebook pages of both CIBC and BMO bank, CIBC is more popular as it has 3, 17,562 followers whereas followers of BMO are only 1,01,746. Videos uploaded by CIBC are also highly viewed rather than BMO. On analyzing the posts uploaded by both the banks it can be seen that both the banks reply instantly to the enquiries of their followers in the comments below the post. BMO offers community guidelines which state some rules that people must follow while posting on their page, however, CIBC has no such guidelines.
CIBC bank content is more about their involvement in the community that for sure has shown huge results and gained following from young population on the other side BMO bank  content is more about attracting customers by promoting their ideas of using their products for leisure activities . In addition to this,CIBC bank actively participates in events related to football whereas BMO bank has no such participation.
